WHAT IS HARBINGER?
Founded in 1956, Harbinger is a student-led journal at Texas Tech University that publishes art, fiction, nonfiction, photography, plays, and poetry by undergraduate students.

Submissions are accepted each fall from students across campus and selected works are showcased in the journal published in the spring.
